In the Old Testament, Joseph has 11 brothers. These brothers are the sons of Jacob and are known as the founders of the 12 tribes of Israel. Joseph’s brothers are Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, and Benjamin. Joseph himself is the 11th son, and Benjamin is the youngest.
Joseph’s story is detailed in the Book of Genesis, where his brothers’ jealousy leads to his being sold into slavery in Egypt. Despite this, Joseph rises to a position of power in Egypt and eventually reconciles with his brothers, saving them from famine.
