The Kuiper Belt is located between the planets Neptune and Pluto. This region of our solar system is found beyond the orbit of Neptune and extends out to about 50 astronomical units (AU) from the Sun. It is home to many small icy bodies and dwarf planets, including Pluto, Haumea, and Makemake. The Kuiper Belt is significant because it is believed to be a remnant from the early solar system and can help us understand the formation and evolution of planetary bodies.
