When comparing the sizes of a chimpanzee and a mandrill, the mandrill is generally larger. In contrast, adult male chimpanzees typically weigh between 90 to 130 pounds (40 to 60 kg) and stand about 3 to 4 feet (0.9 to 1.2 meters) tall when upright. However, female chimpanzees are smaller than males, usually weighing around 60 to 100 pounds (27 to 45 kg).
